High Protein Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Hey Babe! If you’re struggling to hit your protein goal, check out the recipe below for High Protein Chocolate Pudding!

I know, getting protein in is ROUGH right after surgery. Heck, even years out it can be hard to get protein in. It’s not that bariatric patients need more protein than the average person. It’s that our stomach space is smaller than the average person so we have to work harder to meet our baseline needs. And let’s be honest, we don’t always want to eat protein foods. Meat, chicken, fish, shakes, etc. it gets old real quick.

Combine that with feeling like cravings (particularly sweet cravings) are coming back in, it can feel really hard  to get those needs met.
