How to Navigate Holiday BBQs after WLS

This time of the year is typically filled with holidays and BBQs with friends and family!

I know it can sometimes feel overwhelming with the choices and options that maybe aren’t in your control.

In today’s post, I’m giving you some of my easy tips and tricks on how to navigate these types of gatherings after WLS to ensure that you not only fuel yourself but also enjoy the heck out of your day!

Let’s dive in!

If you’re farther out and can add more foods to your plate, enjoy those treats mindfully.

Tip 2: Keep it simple and still do your best to follow the Bariatric Meal Plate Method I teach inside the T.R.I.B.E. Membership

Tip 3: Put all your food on a plate. It is easier to see how much you are eating when it is on a plate.

Tip 4: Bring a dish, side, or app that fits your needs and goals so you know you have something easy and nutritious to eat that you can share with everyone there!
