Bariatric Friendly Shamrock Shake

Hey Babe! Sometimes we need to get a little creative when it comes to protein shakes after weight loss surgery. Trust me, I get it! While hitting your protein goals is very important post-WLS, so is enjoying life!

It’s now March, which is the season of fast-food holiday themed shakes and I don’t know about you, but I want to participate in a way that makes me feel good. This is why I am coming to you today with my rendition of a bariatric friendly Protein Shamrock Shake!

I will never forget the excitement of going through the drive-through this time of year and getting my shamrock shake as a kid. After learning what the ingredients were, I knew I could make it more bariatric friendly!

All you need to make this amazing recipe is a blender and a cute cup to drink out of! This is not a necessity, but it does make it more fun! Click here to check out my favorite cups *this is an affiliate link

I love topping mine with some sugar-free whipped cream and some fun sprinkles when I have them!

Enjoy xoxo
